Extension of tax incentives for outsourcing enterprises

The State Council has issued new notice extending the Enterprise Income Tax incentives of outsourcing enterprises to end of 2018 (originally until 31/12/2013) 国务院办公厅关于进一步促进服务外包产业发展的复函. While in the past, a qualified outsourcing enterprise must have overseas outsourcing revenue of over 50%, Suzhou will be the pilot area which the threshold is reduced to 35%.
